Presses
Our range of cylinders, hydraulic power packs and piston accumulators are adapted to the technical specifications of each type of press; hot/cold stamping, try-out presses, composites, foil, forming, multiplate, fibrecement ,… We can also carry out auxiliary press movements such as hydraulic cushions or table exchange.
Hydro
We can supply servomotors, piston accumulators and hydraulic systems for turbines (Francis, Kaplan and Pelton), gates and grid cleaners. Likewise, we can also supply cylinders for butterfly valves. In addition, our engineering department is specialised in calculations for this industry. Furthermore, to meet all the requirements of the Hydro industry, we can supply a wide range of materials and suitable painting process.
Iron and Steel industry
Whether it is a new system or an upgrade, standard or tailor-made solutions guarantee reliable production results and high levels of system availability. Additionally, an internationally experienced service technician is always available for commissioning and maintenance work. Thus, we can provide complete hydraulic systems, interconnection and commissioning of steelmaking furnaces (EAF, LV, VD), continuous casting and rolling mills.
Machine tool
We supply ISO standard, special and telescopic cylinders with constant speed tailored to the machine tool industry. We also design and manufacture compact hydraulic systems. The pump drive speed is adjusted with a frequency converter to provide the required flow rate. The system pressure is used as the controlled variable.
